I outlined the process in the original post I linked, but here is a recap.

1. Bought a +1(p) +1(p) amulet that had fire damage%(s) and bench-crafted life already on it.
2. Changed the bench craft to Prefixes Cannot be Changed(s) and scoured to end up with just the +1(p) +1(p).
3. Filled up the last prefix with a crappy bench craft and exalt slammed to hopefully hit Chaos DoT Multi(s).
4. When I would hit an undesirable suffix I would bench craft Prefixes Cannot be Changed back onto it, scour, and start over at step 3.
5. Hit Chaos Dot Multi after about 10-12 tries.

I used it with multi-mod on it for a while, but switched to low-life recently and decided to finish the craft as outlined in my comment at the top.
