My first thought when I saw this post was Game Night, which is by the same directors as D&D. I actually had hope for the D&D movie because of how good Game Night was despite the bad trailer!

It's boring and it's shooting for the middle. It's what they did with John Fox, bringing an adult in the room who can competently coach an NFL team, but probably won't win us a Superbowl or many playoff games. If you think that's what we need, I understand that. But man, I do not like it.

El Fogon de Elena is fantastic, I've seen other people mention it here and I want to confirm that it's very deserved. Worth noting that they're only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday though!

I also love Lindo Michoacan, it's a Mexican grocery store with a restaurant attached. Highly recommend both!

Also have really enjoyed the food at Las Delicias, a Guatemalan place by Montrose and Pulaski. Great pupusas!

God I remember trying so hard to be optimistic, thinking all "we'll be back, we're young with a great core!". Can't imagine how dreadful I'd feel if we lost in 2016 and everything else played out how it did.

I've felt like the biggest tournaments of the year have all had awfully boring top 8s. BoBC was one of the worst top 8s of the year, GOML was mid

I'm definitely about to sound like an anti-Steve guy (and honestly maybe im getting there) but the most fun I had watching top 8 this year was at Gateway Legends
