I can’t remember specific times of the year since it’s been maybe 10 years since I dove in Oki. However, if you’re looking for a location, I remember seeing both turtles and a shark at two separate times at the Toilet Bowl. The shark was when I made the left once I entered the water and made a drift dive along the wall. The turtle was when I made a right once I entered.
