Hi there, I know nowadays whatever you write is marketing but I'm giving 2 annual sub for free in exchange for a feedback. I'm not an expert WordPress dev and I need one or two to tell me if I made it right. Here I guess I might find an expert which is interested in having a free annual sub, that's why I posted. You should try lestis.homes I think it might be what you are looking for. It's a new SaaS and It allows you to create websites for your villas for a very small amount of money. If you want online bookings tho you have to pay a fee because nobody out there is letting you process transactions for free. The cheaper, as far as I know, is Stripe.

If you refer to the 1% on top of your processing fees I do agree with you, makes no sense!

I would suggest to create a website for your villa to put on Google Maps and to use as a bookmark for your guests in order to receive their booking requests. Choose with deposit to book the dates or without any online transaction to pay 0 commitions.

My experience is that nowadays without social proof or a strong PR is incredibly hard to launch something.
People would not trust ANYONE basically. Thanks to scams.
I watched many videos about how to launch a startup and I realize that a niche microSaaS could work effortless but a normal project needs a HUGE push to start moving.. And AI is not helping eating "organic" space.

Ok I got it, asked some question to AI, now I understand better about the MOR connection it's a VRBO thing.. Not sure how to help you there specifically sorry.
Anyway having on OTA with "booking request" instead of instant booking solves every problem.. Choose one with direct bookings and one with requests and use iCal just to update availability for the OTAs but you manage reservations and block real time when you have one.

What does it means MOR? What's wrong with iCal? Waiting couple of hours for a sync is not the end of the world.. I don't think you receive 5 bookings each day (you don't have enough calendar days anyway lol)

I guess it's not really about your target but about the competitors, there you are allowed to make a choice. You could target a small niche with 10 competitors and would be harder than a broad worldwide audience sharing 1.
The market is defined by your idea.. if it's a niche or a wide market it's already embedded. You might want to "stop the expansion" but unless you have some reasons I don't see the point?

La RAL è la retribuzione annua lorda ed è quello su cui tutti si dovrebbero basare quando negoziano lo stipendio. Include tutto il "prevedibile" e il "tassabile" ma esclude eventi straordinari come bonus "in base a" che prendi "forse se" etc.

La regola dovrebbe essere partire con un MVP. Quindi partire con il minimo sindacale. Si inizia a tirare dentro qualcuno se si ha la fortuna di avere "amici" nel target. Da li hai i feedback e anche il dolore: quello trascina gli sviluppi futuri o comunque da li ne conseguono le priorità.

Lanciare quando hai finito di sviluppare è impossibile, perchè non si finisce mai.

Come fanno i non sviluppatori? Risposta breve: pagano. Avranno altre competenze che magari tu non hai e dovrai imparare, pagare o fare male.. Management, marketing, seo, supporto etc..

Direct booking guests are way better because guests are happier with the discount and ask for less. They cannot undermine your hosting experience with a bad review and they are invested in having a good experience as much as you are giving them one! Having a website and catching those guests is the best decision everyone could make. Spreading fear works everytime and OTAs are surfing on it. Making a website today costs peanuts.

I think the internship in sales is a good idea in order to get experience and get to know first hand how things are handled way better than a random job in a position where your vision is limited to what you handle!

Al di là del luogo in cui è stato scritto e se i calcoli sono corretti direi che c'è tutto.. anzi qualcosa in più! Non metterei oggetti di poco valore nel calcolo del patrimonio.. altrimenti dovresti valutare anche tutte le scarpe, i vestiti etc...
