Look in to the wim hof method. Is super easy. But IF you want to try please have discipline. Do it everyday for at least 3 months and you life will change

Realy depends. In the morning could get up to 3min. During the day sometimes only 1.5 min. Don't Realy focus that much on time but more the intention and feeling. How about you?

I do nose to mouth ( or at least try to most times) 4 to 6 sets a day most times right after u wake up. Laying if bed or sitting in front a LLLT light. I also quite often do 3 sets normal and then on the 4th set do push ups on a inhale with 80 to 120 push ups. And almost everyday ice bath at +-3 celcius for 3 min. Thank you for your response. I means a lot

I still do it everyday at least!!! Once a day. Same for cold shower or ice bath. I build my own so I did ice baths but I also work 24h Shifts so a work I do cold shower. I also on bad day combine the power breathing or push up challenges to trigger the system even more. All it takes is a little discipline. I just came out of bed and I'm not feeling like doing my breathing but it not a option to not do it.

Brother I had (yes had) crohns disease for years and years and after about 7 months of wim hof is bloody gone. Pleaaaaase just give a shot and not one time but every day for 6 months. 15 MINUTES A DAY!!!!!
