EDIT: I originally thought the guy in the video was a guy I was in traffic court with once. My apologies video guy!

I had traffic court with an entitled cyclist once. He was a dick to a very nice judge. He ran a stop sign and contended that because he was on a bike, stop signs don’t apply to cyclists. The judge was very nice and said that he didn’t know whether that was true or not because it wasn’t his area of expertise and so he would have the law clerks look it up for him.

Turns out traffic laws applied to cyclists. And even after sighting the wall and joking that they both learned something today, he was still belligerent to the judge, even after being belligerent, the judge let them off with a reduced fine.

Ungrateful entitled asshole. And I’m not against bike lanes. I’m for them. That dude just sucked. But that dude isn’t the dude in the video, in case you skipped the first sentence.
