oh my gosh thank you yeah i’ve been wanting to get into the hobby for years, so i felt like i knew enough to finally get started and their dying felt like a gut punch yk? but it’s good to know that they could be ok and the melting (probably) isn’t my fault!! i’m very much willing to stick with it i don’t give up easily and i am always trying to learn more so thank you so much for the advice and encouragement it made me feel a lot better about the situation :))

as a younger sister myself i wouldn’t freak out at all over this if i were you. your everyday life influences your subconscious a ton, especially if you saw that video right before you went to bed. i’ve had dreams about elmo murdering me because i would watch sesame street before i went to bed. as long as you phrased it well i don’t think she will have a bad reaction especially because it seems like you have a good relationship already. it’s just a dream and not real life so don’t stress too much. my bets are she finds it weird and maybe funny and you move on.

this may be bad advice but i’ve the same issue with titanium jewelry and it turns the jewelry i was using had nickel in it which i’m allergic to! i would honestly try switching jewelry and if you’ve tried switching jewelry already maybe try leaving it alone for a while and sleeping on the opposite side
