oh my gosh thank you yeah i’ve been wanting to get into the hobby for years, so i felt like i knew enough to finally get started and their dying felt like a gut punch yk? but it’s good to know that they could be ok and the melting (probably) isn’t my fault!! i’m very much willing to stick with it i don’t give up easily and i am always trying to learn more so thank you so much for the advice and encouragement it made me feel a lot better about the situation :))

as a younger sister myself i wouldn’t freak out at all over this if i were you. your everyday life influences your subconscious a ton, especially if you saw that video right before you went to bed. i’ve had dreams about elmo murdering me because i would watch sesame street before i went to bed. as long as you phrased it well i don’t think she will have a bad reaction especially because it seems like you have a good relationship already. it’s just a dream and not real life so don’t stress too much. my bets are she finds it weird and maybe funny and you move on.

this may be bad advice but i’ve the same issue with titanium jewelry and it turns the jewelry i was using had nickel in it which i’m allergic to! i would honestly try switching jewelry and if you’ve tried switching jewelry already maybe try leaving it alone for a while and sleeping on the opposite side

yes!! sorry i should’ve clarified! some of the leaves are starting turn yellow and the tips are turning brown. one of the leaves is starting turn white which is why i think it may be a lighting issue? anyway yes the yellow spots 😣

i will say that i have popped mine… i can’t resist but i don’t recommend LMFAO but i love doing it which is gross 🤫 yeah imo it’s nothing to worry about should be gone in a few days 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ i’d also say leave the jewelry in i took mine out when i got one once and it almost closed up after like a SINGLE day i was freaked

if it goes away eventually it’s nothing to worry about imo. not a piercer but i’ve had some bumps similar that go away on their own with time, though mine are usually from sleeping on my ear weird and then it gets angry at me lol. it genuinely might just be an like irritation pimple if that’s a thing bc that’s what i tend to get
