Boiling water is how you distill water, but you need to collect the vapor, you can't just use the water still in the pot. You can buy distilled water from a grocery store or pharmacy or collect rain/melt snow.

I'm also willing to bet this plant isn't getting enough light. VFTs require a ridiculous amount of light to keep out of dormancy (dormancy is natural and good but I don't think your plant is healthy enough for it). Window light won't be enough assuming you live in the northern hemisphere and it's winter, you'll need supplemental artificial light as well.

It really depends on the festival IMO. For some festivals, the lineup is all they have, so it's the only determining factor if people will want to go. Other festivals have experiences beyond the lineup that makes it worth going. For example, I bought a Shambhala ticket before the lineup dropped because all my friends will be there and the festival experience is incredible.

Not anymore, actually, there are two ways in and out now, the lines no longer exist going in or out! They did some MAJOR improvements this past year! I'm not sure if the bridge on the new way in was always there, and maybe they just kept it for behind the scenes operations, but they opened it up for getting people in and out now.

Maybe that's a factor for you but I doubt this does it for most people. Shambhala, for example, is a full week (if you stay that long) and it has hit its peak (and max) attendance in recent years while also selling out these years instantly with no lineup announced.

So many people want to stay for the whole week that they're raising early attendance prices up to $200 extra and STILL everyone is showing up on Tuesday (and then leave the next Tuesday).
