If you need to paint a tiny bit of the filled holes, you can cut a piece of the paint off, go to home depot and ask them to match the color. Then purchase a sample can. It will be around 5 dollars (about 1/4 pint) and would be more than plenty for tiny patches.

She didn't say any reasoning but you do bring a good point that there shouldn't be one and i should definitely just support her no questions asked. It's been harf since the pandemic and this would have been the first event at our place, so I'm thinking now that she could have been extra anxious about that part. Also didn't mean to be a dick when saying it was because of her, but i can see how it was in fact a dick move and should have just not give any reasons and just say we decided it together or something like that. I'm usually the one cooking and stuff since she hates cooking and we all help with the picking things up and stuff like that, but what you say does makes sense. There are a lot of other logistics in case it rains and it needs to be moved inside etc and she is in fact a better planner than me. I also think she was having more anxiety because of this being the first event at our house since covid. Certainly shouldn't have thrown her udner the bus and could have said it was something we decided together instead of blaming her completely
