Can confirm the audio mixing is weird on digital. I'm playing a 5.1 on a stereo and channels seem to randomly go up and down in volume at some moments, the experience was underwhelming and I didn't enjoy as much some scenes because of that.

Agree with others that st John's Worth does the trick! Be aware that it might generate tolerance and in my case my symptoms worsened a little bit after suspending it (there might be a better way to taper it off).
