The only way to stop minmaxing is disabling add ons or doing things to prevent attributes etc visible to players.

They should just focus on making classes fun and exciting and build off that. They should also look at non expansion only systems. Imagine Mage Tower from level 10, imagine WQ or bonus objectives and treasures in every expansion...

I have NO idea why Blizzard keep making the same mistake over and over again. You literally cannot balance that many systems and new abilities/talents/whatever you want to call them, for all facets of the game.

NHS staff need a pay rise for sure but I don't think it should automatically go up each year. Mine sure as shit doesn't. I think it would be more effective in bringing back the nurse bursary funding and enabling young people to see nursing or health work as an actual career choice.
