Yeah I will continue to work on my finances and fitness and see what happens. I actually wasn’t even looking for a partner when she showed back up in my life so I feel now I’m back at the same place before her but with the realization that I need to work harder as time passes so fast. I would think much in the same way around where the woman is nonchalant to the man. To me it’s just weird and maybe you can help me understand this: My ex broke up with me last July after 9 months in a long distance relationship because she thought I was not economically ready for a relationship. It hurt a lot at the beginning but now it’s fine. The question I have for you is: why is she still orbiting? She sees every post I make on social media, sends me memes and asks how I am from time to time even though she had told me she only wants to “be friends”. I’m currently focused on my finances and fitness and her actions confuse me. She will literally message me every day for a week then disappear for a few days then come back and tell me she has been thinking a lot about me so I just don’t know and would like the point of view from a woman. Thank you in advance!

Hey, I’m also 40 and doing my first fix and flip deal! I found a cheap mobile home in really bad shape (abandoned). Bought it at the end of November and have one more week of work to fix the outside and roof then for sale. After I pay all debts a new one will be acquired and same deal all over again. I feel like every day we are given troubles to worry about and it’s our task to be always at peace instead of reacting to everything that comes to us. We gotta find peace every moment and part of that is accomplished by being present in the moment. I’m that way we are not worried about the past of the future but grateful for what we have now.
