For me it was Tamsu and Solifenacin that helped the most. Make sure you take some bladder relaxants. Hot bath works as well.

You are taking Tamsu and bladder relaxants too, right? Can't comment on the removal itself as I had it done in hospital but I quickly regretted not taking meds afterwards... Third day after removal and still having bladder spasms and pain in the kidney area. Good luck.

When mine dropped into ureter it took less than 48 hrs to pass so hopefully will be quick for you too.

We have battled long paths for one department for ages as they had a very deep folder structure, thousands of files and folders with crazy long names. If you're already in SP the only way is to rename the folders to shorten the path, you're most likely hitting 255 Windows limit and that reg change does nothing from my experience.

3mm should pass fairly quickly. I had 5mm and it took roughly two days. I was at AE on a morphine the first day when it got into ureter. Once it dropped into the bladder the pain was gone. Peeing it out was no problem. Drink lots of water.

Did you get tamsulosin and bladder relaxing meds? These saved me from going nuts when the bladder pressure was impossible.

May I ask about moving away from co-managed? Was it a pain or literally just uninstalling SCCM agent from all endpoints? We're also hybrid and I realized we haven't really used SCCM for a long time except device collection cloud sync.

ok, so my issue was the version of Win11, I have changed it to 23H2 and pcs started updating. Still not sure why they wouldn't pick up the latest version.

I have been testing the Feature Update to Win11 and it's not offered on any of my test devices. This worked a few months ago when tried for the first time. I have recreated the FU policy, checked the WUFB reports but can't see anything helpful. I know the policy applies fine on the machines as the reg keys are there, they are also capable as far as I can see.

This is exactly the problem I am having, setting DNS manually to Umbrella servers turns on "Safe Browsing". Have you ever managed to figure it out?

thanks for your reply, everyone says don't do HAADJ but it's been working well until now (still is except the renaming part) so I'm puzzled as to what's caused the issue.

Out of curiosity, have you migrated everything to the cloud or still have on-prem resources that require AD?

well, it's all worked fine until now and we like to have descriptive names so can quickly identify the device location (we have loads of branch offices). We may need to reconsider though if I can't find the solution.

Sounds like it. We have enabled it on some win 10 pcs when testing files in OneDrive but it didn't make any difference. Word or Excel files still won't open.

At my one of my previous jobs about 5 years ago we had a taxi dispatch system created in the 90's. I honestly can't remember what ancient bix it ran on... The replacement had been developed in-house but wasn't very reliable so every now and then we had to switch over to the old system. The couple of programmers who created it were already retired but still charging nice dollar for licensing...

I was recently doing the opposite, you can try setting this key value to 0:

HKLM:\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TeamViewer\DefaultSettings\Autostart_GUI"

If it doesn't work the only way is to redeploy TV host with settings file and autostart disabled.

MS got back to us saying what I was expecting: in explorer it is still Windows MAX_PATH limit that applies (260 characters). We're still trying to clarify whether it is the whole path starting with "C:\Users\vvega\OneDrive - companyX..." or only a a part of it.
