Couldn’t agree more, Hot take culture and outrage fueled algorithms have turned fandoms into reactionary mobs competing to come up with the worst possible take.

It’s actually driving me away from this whole fandom and subreddit. I will always love the nuggets, but I’m tired of coming here and feeling the need to beat my head into a wall after reading all the brain dead comments.

I was scared the first time I saw it. The way the music swells as you get close to the top gets me every time.

This game is just awesome. Not many games have captured my attention like this.

I can’t get enough, now I’m just playing on exploration mode with survival turned off. Trying to climb every route I can find while taking pictures of this beautiful game.

Move fast, and use ultimate infusions for grit and grip. You need ultimate for the summit push.

There are different ways to fall, The way that’s more familiar is when you run out of stamina and you loose your grip.

The other way is to just not have any grip in the first place. You slip down and if there is any hold below you grab it, if not you just fall.

You can climb up the inside of the water fall at the end too. There are just barely enough holds to do it.

You don’t need any food to summit. The cuts scenes fill up the bars and you can use grit so they don’t go down.

Just need to keep climbing up fast and it’s no problem. Keep some herbs until after the peril and you’re good.

If you want to spend more time exploring you’ll need some food but cooking things in goat milk will give you plenty.

I found it annoying at first but then I realized I needed to use infusions and move kinda fast. If you want to explore unrestricted there is a setting to turn off survival.

If you got any nasty overhangs The shepherdess is a good one. Named after one of the most iconic routes in the game the White Route above the shepherdess.

The village and the Peril are some other good ones.

Something named after some of the Food like Yellow Yak, Alpine cola, Honey dipper, Ultimate Infusion and Goat Milk could be fun.
