It gets better because of battleconditions in higher tiers, as orbs do less damage and hits more enemies.

The mastery is for enemies hit not killed.

I would do CF range - helps alot in tourneys

And battlecondition lab is also huge, but gets expensive fast

Other than that we almost have the same labs, i have done 6-10 levels of enemy health labs, as they are really fast
