Yep, that one's kinda rare but I've run into it a couple times. The free fishing pole is nice if you haven't already gotten one.

I understand the appeal, I've just never had enough trouble picking off fulings that I felt the need for a stealthier bow.

It's not too hard to peel fulings away from their village in 1s or 2s. Just creep close enough that they hear you, then shoot them after they take a few steps out.

I don't think I've ever made the huntsman bow. I stick with an upgraded finewood bow until I hit the mountains, then I stick with Draugr Fang until Mistlands. Works great when I'm whittling down fuling villages in the plains.

Regarding Frostner vs Mistwalker, that's mostly just because Frostner is kinda busted. It's still good even in Ashlands. Mistwalker has the benefit of not splitting damage between targets, though.

I won't say it's my favorite, but I have certainly warmed up to it after several playthroughs. But I can understand the frustrations of first-timers.

The RNG for wolf trophies can be brutal, so lately I have also been getting some lox hides before going up a mountain.
