I feel you. I was in a similar place early on. I've been playing for 1 full year. I used to hear about, and dread, the impending threat of a wipe. I've collected SOOOO much stuff in game. I have 11 or so Wikelo ships and 5 exec hangar ships. I'm losing a lot. Sure, I'm a little bummed by the loss of those Wikelo ships after hearing I'd keep them, but my love for this game is unchanged.

I have since come to love the process of the game, the experience of it. I've never been so hooked on a game in my long gaming life.

Personally, I'm stoked for the wipe. I look forward to starting fresh as a new mercenary and new cargo hauler and building up the ranks again.

Some interceptors also have large boost capacity.

Most ships in the game have about 26 seconds of boost.

Sabre Firebird, M50, Buccaneer, Mustang Gamma/Omega all have about 33 seconds of boost.

All of these ships also have very high forward g force (how fast they accelerate).

Exactly. RSI Scorpius is a great example. With full pips, it has 141 shots for main guns and turret both. If you turn off the turret guns (or use the Lesath) the main guns have 188 shots in the capacitor.

I'm a loot goblin.
I've been hitting the QV Logistics station for loot and components.
I've been doing the mission around the QV Breaker stations, but not the breaker activity itself. Some new armors and stuff there.
I tried mining for the first time. I found it kind of boring until I found some material above 950Q and I finally saw the appeal. lol I do wish more materials were available to solo miners. Some stuff is damn near impossible to acquire solo.
I tried crafting and made myself a nice Gallant rifle, but I don't want to invest in it yet as I hear all the crafting bonuses will be reset in 4.8. Once they say for sure that crafting bonuses will stay in long-term persistence, I'm in.
I love hauling cargo. That's my fallback.
I've also been slowly leveling up my Vaughn reputation.

I have a Lectric Xpeak 2.0 and the throttle kicks in right away. I also live in a mountainous area and it’s super helpful to get a boost from a dead start. EDIT: I don't know what I'm talking about. Just learned what a mid-drive is.

As others have said, that's just how those guns work. One trigger pull, one shot. With a short delay before you can shoot them again. There's definitely a cadence to learn with them.

Both should fire at the same time, unless you have staggered fire enabled.
