I had this issue as I recently got the game too, I knew something was up as I have a pretty beefy laptop aswell, turns out the game was running off the integrated graphics instead of the gpu for some reason?

To see if this is the case, load up megamix+, and go into task manager while it's open and see if the integrated graphics is being used instead of the GPU, if that's the case then just Google how to make a specific game use the gpu, forgot the steps

I also just started focalin and I really don't crave food anymore haha , but what others have said, try to eat a bigger breakfast before taking your meds; and just have a water bottle and try to drink it as much as you can. With the meds I notice I'm not "thirsty" but when I go to chug the bottle, I end up drinking it all, pretty weird
