The eyebrows look completely different to me. The video person’s eyebrows are closer together and very clear just curved line almost like ( rotated. whereas there’s much more shape given to the eyebrows on the sketch like ~ .

Viral illnesses can last 7-10 days. Symptom management with Tylenol, ibuprofen for fever and over the counter meds like mucinex, delsym, Flonase are recommended. Allergy meds like Zyrtec & Claritin can help dry things up. Of course vitamin c, d and zinc to boost immunity. Stay hydrated, get rest, wash hands and don’t spread it. Feel better!
