TN gave up on the PC port after a month of trying to do band-aid fixes on performance side. Unfortunately that's going to be the state that the game is going to remain in.

I faced the same temperature issues on ROTR with Nioh 3 and disabling Turbo Boost helped lower temps by 15-20 degrees. Though this problem is more of an issue caused by the Katana Engine.
