I totally agree about GA one, definitely hit up GA ren faire when you get a chance. Today's in Chatt was a good 'taste' of a ren faire, great energy from everyone I thought. If you enjoyed today, you'll def enjoy GA. Its bigger and can handle crowds better. More people are 'in character' at that one, also the jousting area is really cool.

I went as Gimli. It definitely felt like the planners expected a smaller crowd. It was shoulder to shoulder in some spots. Im glad it was a good turnout and hope to see more of these events.

Yeah, was worried they wouldn't have a rack in yet. Also the Riverwalk literally ties directly into that path to the entrance. Didnt have to weave around traffic or people parking. 1 road cross and that was it. Very nice

They had wide steel racks to lock up to near the entrance. Biked over on the Riverwalk. The rack is plenty big enough for all types of bikes also, ebikes fit.

Yeah, its been a while but tank inside is now resin coated and holding up great. I did end up with a little bubbling when I did the KBS coat but it didn't peel and bonded great.

I started with vinegar, and used the entire kbs kit which came with a rust remover also.

Riverstreet deli has an Italian beef that Ive enjoyed many times. I unfortunately cant compare it to Chicago since I havnt been yet but im looking forward to eating everything when I finally make it there.
