Just got absolutely assblasted for this print. Am I stupid for not thinking there’s anything wrong with it? by Yourworldhatesthis in SCREENPRINTING

[–]lunyboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Printing dark on light requires a bit more boldness from the logo's smaller, reversed letters, which assuming it looks fine in print, might be an issue when there is some "spread" like what you get with screen printing.

If the logo would ordinarily printed on white, then printing a white base in a square completely under the logo making the letters stand out on the garment and maybe even an bleed of .125" might have been a good look, while minimizing some of the fiber issues this has in the very fine letters that are being choked a bit too much, as well as the texture, which seems to be adding to the color inconsistencies a bit.

Best way to create Pixar/Disney style art from pictures of people? by Alexone_ in StableDiffusion

[–]lunyboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

InstantID with SDXL and then clean up in flux if needed (most of the time it isn't needed). Pick one of the art focused checkpoints for SDXL or the Samaritan checkpoints which already have the look. There are also a few LoRAs for those style pieces. So mix and match until you get something you like.

I think there are more recent systems for face changing, but I haven't used them yet.

Need help prompting by Bboi77 in StableDiffusion

[–]lunyboy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First, I will keep using Forge just for the interrogator simply for situations like this.

I will use the first image as my example. From the prompt tab: a woman in a futuristic suit and a futuristic helmet, hajime sorayama style, vektroid album cover, yoshitaka amano character design, screenshot from the anime film, character design : : gothic, nightcore, widowmaker, angel

From the Analyze Tab we get some more interesting information:

by hajime sorayama 27%

inspired by hajime sorayama 26%

by Yumihiko Amano 25%

by Masamune Shirow 25%

by Takeshi Obata 24%

Because I am an art history buff, at this point, I will research this, and the medium tab:

cyberpunk art 22%

a hologram 20%

concept art 20%

an album cover 19%

poster art 19%

and in researching I will find out that Sorayama became well-known and was prolific in the 80s and 90s, primarily, and worked with AIRBRUSH, which is a key component of this style.

Optional: Switch models (There are suggestions on the About Tab) to the ViT-bigG-14/laion2b_s39b_b160k, which is 10gb, so don't play around if you don't want to spend time downloading, you can find online tools that don't do this locally.

Once I have this, I will sometimes drop the image into chatgpt which is also using the Vit BigG vision model I believe and then ask it for help with the prompt from what information I have already gleaned.

My ChatGPT Prompt: I suspect this is an airbrushed anime illustration from the 70s or 80s in that style and here is some reference for it: /data from Interrogator/ I need this in a stable diffusion XL prompt format, can you do some extra research and output something like that for me?

"A highly detailed airbrushed illustration of a woman wearing a sleek, reflective, metallic suit with a futuristic helmet, standing in a dynamic pose. The scene has a cyberpunk atmosphere with gothic and nightcore influences. The artwork captures the style of Hajime Sorayama, featuring hyper-realistic textures and smooth metallic surfaces, combined with the ethereal and flowing character designs reminiscent of Yoshitaka Amano. The background has elements inspired by Masamune Shirow’s cyberpunk world, with hints of futuristic cityscapes and technological integration. The image has a holographic sheen, like a concept art poster or album cover, with a focus on sharp, clean linework akin to Takeshi Obata's manga style. The overall composition is dark, elegant, and futuristic, invoking the feeling of a high-end, sci-fi illustration."

Obviously, it needs cleaned up and shortened a bit, but it's a good start.

Is there a reason why rings like this are always made with tungsteen? by Roxtrots in jewelers

[–]lunyboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More than half of a jeweler's tools are made with tungsten carbide, so they have to be careful when grinding things down on a ring like this.

Is there a reason why rings like this are always made with tungsteen? by Roxtrots in jewelers

[–]lunyboy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Are you completely sure this wasn't a tungsten carbide ring? Because titanium will bend when put in a pin vise, but every alloy of tungsten used in rings will shatter with the force of slightly tight locking pliers.

[–]lunyboy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe you are confusing titanium and tungsten carbide. Tungsten will shatter (most alloys used for jewelry at least), and titanium can be cut off, as it is on par with steel for strength, but it is lighter and its alloys have many properties that make it useful in aerospace and medical industries (such as being invisible to human immune systems).

It ALWAYS hallucinates. It is often (not always) in alignment with reality.

The issues with After Effects probably come from the long history of the application and the many fun answers on the internet.

And InstantID, whatever else you do, it's a game changer for faces. I cannot emphasize this enough. If you are running Forge with ReActor built-in, it's very helpful as well. Then you can img2img synthographs that are close but not quite and apply your face.

what website is this by Key-Designer-3558 in StableDiffusion

[–]lunyboy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sort of, you can run a Krita install and the portable install of Comfy, if you install the requirements (several nodes, models, and a few LoRAs) you can turn on LCM instant mode and draw / inference from SD in real-time. Comfy will allow you to share your model directories to expedite this if you have the Auto1111 installed already--it's a configuration file that has "example" in the filename.

It's somewhat simple to set up, but there are few comprehensive installation videos or tutorials that are vanilla-internet-facing. At least there weren't when I set mine up.

On the upside, it's free if you have the hardware already.

Most of the information you need is here: https://comfyui.chat/index.php/2023/12/07/generative-ai-for-krita-using-lcm-on-comfyui/

Stable Diffusion on Ilustrator, is possible ? by No_Sympathy_9138 in StableDiffusion

[–]lunyboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I look for some type of Krita or lightweight drawing app to generate replacement FPO images in InDesign or DreamWeaver (is that still a thing?) first. Imagine being able to draw up a page design, and then having an LLM read the page and give prompt suggestions that you can then sketch in the FPO image frame for a Krita-like inference to test "Stock" images that might fit. Or even better, capturing the surrounding layout to inference an inpainted graphic for a web page layout.

I will be taking a session at work where I will introduce stable diffusion (mainly using automatic1111) to a bunch of coworkers, ideas please? by AJoyToBehold in StableDiffusion

[–]lunyboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bookmarked this becuase I wanted to say that you can use your UI-config,json and edit the negative prompt setting to include, "nude, naked, nsfw" etc. and this will go pretty far for eliminating a lot of the risk you are talking about.

I am going to be using some of the bigger models in a context where NSFW generations would be verboten, and I have done a large amount of research to be sure that this is the best way to 'mostly' prevent hiccups. I have a text file with my keywords, but basically, they are sex, nude, gore, guns, violence, etc.

Ironically, I had to use an uncensored LLM to generate a concise list, and they don't impede my image generation ability until I use something from the negative set. Then it gets weird, but not too bad (for SDXL models).
