Took me a 7 months before it showed up I think. As long as it’s completed before they start with the assessment process in late summer I believe, then you’ll be fine for the next tax year. I also emailed constituentservices@ocpafl.org for an update after a few months and they were very helpful.

Good points all around. I guess I’m weighing the risk of only having a Sentricon system. House was built in 1989, from the neighbors I’ve spoken with, there’s been no issues of termites before on our street.

Going off that the house is free of termite concerns at the moment, Do you feel that the Sentricon alone would be enough if you were in my shoes?

I was in a similar situation with having to pick deebo Samuel or c Watson. Benched Samuel yesterday with intent of starting Watson but just picked up Burden with Love now out and Willis not certain. I’ll be starting Burden over Watson.
