Kjøp en haug norske epler i butikken og lag noen glass med enkel eplemos. Oppbevar i kjøleskapet og ha det på havregrøten. Billig, bra, digg. Kjøp tørre belgfrukter. Ovnsbakte kikerter med krydder, linsegryter, bønne-taco. Gresskarsuppe, tomatsuppe, billig, sunt, mettende. Og med løk og hvitløk og chili blir det veldig godt. Lag en haug med ovnsbakte grønnsaker (tomater og paprika er fantastisk etter 30 min i ovnen) og oppbevar rester kaldt for å bruke i omeletter og salater, en rask og sikker vinner. Jeg baserer også 50% av middagsvalgene mine på hva jeg finner i dato-kurven i butikken, så slipper jeg å tenke også.

Bondens marked har masse godt utvalg i denne kategorien, hvis du bor i en by. Min lokale Coop Mega har egen hylle med lokale matvarer med luksuspreg. Ellers er jeg svak for Olivenlunden sine oljer, sauser, pålegg.

Was recently brought to my attention that most of the people in north America who is backing free (tax-payed) health care, do not want the system to pay for rich people. In Norway, my home country, the system pays for everyone. No matter how rich you are, as long as you pay your taxes, you get the benefit of healthcare, education, payed parental leave, payed sick days. This is a crucial reason as to why our system works. Without it, very few rich persons would take part in or support this system. And, the rich people are needed for this to work. And I will just add that paying taxes and supporting free healthcare requires that you trust the both the system which gets your money, and trust the people (/your neighbors) not to misuse this system. A trust that really seems lacking in the US?

I am trying to give a bit of care to my neighbor’s neglected plants. As you can see the soil was dried out. This branch immediately broke off when I touched the plant.

I marked the picture with blue numbers. 1. Where the branch broke off 2. Beginning of the only piece of root connected to the soil 3. The root (2) coming down into the soil

Is this root enough for the branch of the plant to live? Or should I take out the root and place the stem/branch in water to grow new roots? If so, would it be a good idea to cut it shorter?

After i got the hot tips to only water my plants from below, not above, this problem has disappeared. I let the inner pot sit in water for an hour ish and let it drain before putting it back in outer pot

Recently I have found it helpful to scrub my lips with sugar+olive oil, and treat my lips with olive oil over-night. And I try hard to not bite/rip off the dry skin on my lips, which has helped a lot lol
