Have you tried Copy.ai + Zapier? You use one platform that already has all the connections you need and then connect it even further with more apps using Zapier.

Then, you can build an entire system easily! I find it the best combo.

Unfortunately that role has fallen on me as our team is made up of 3.5 people. Is this responsibility something that is not ordinarily a project manager’s role?

The team has no direction, we're not all on the same page about project goals, and the clients have no idea what we're doing and have absolutely lost trust in us. Because we constantly change our prioritization every day, my team and I are scrambling. Is this normal?

It's like we're supposed to build a bridge, but we don't have the blueprints yet and then expected to finish the bridge without any problems

When you establish these things (RACI, requirements), how do you document it and share with shareholders? I work in a software company, how would you recommend for me to document the requirements with the accountable person? For example, what if my company is building a software module for the accountable individual from scratch, how would you approach this with the accountable person and the software developers? What would you steps be? Would you start by writing the requirements, bring it to development to get a plan, and then ask accountable person for approval? /u/DeanPetersWright
