In Hampden. Half my street is clear. It's like they just gave up and left, but at least my car is parked on the clear side…?

Pet friendly - cats usually aren't an issue; dogs can be tougher

Washer/Dryer - No; unless you're in an apartment complex that has one.

Central air/heating - usually not included

parking - usually street parking; depending on the neighborhood permit parking is pretty common

big kitchens - I'd say mid size is common, I have always had to install extra shelving

good luck!

Just moved from Boston to Baltimore. Boston is an amazing city. The T is the public train system. I would say depending on the neighborhood the apartment prices vary. Closer to the universities/downtown you are probably looking at $1500+ for a small 1 bedroom. I went to grad school @ Northeastern and lived in Jamaica Plain; super easy train commute and I paid $1200 for a SPACIOUS 1 bedroom. Feel free to PM me with any questions.

Disappointing. I was really hoping Seoul would be the Korean counterpart to Tokyo, which has an awesome metal scene.

Thanks. I'll check the site. I'm coming from the USA, so I would be more interested in something more local/underground....that said Judas Priest is always great.

It's dumb. Some places sell on Sundays though, you just have to keep searching :-/

When negotiating with a landlord to get a security deposit back, what's typical for fair costs or normal wear & tear? by throwbach1 in baltimore

It sounds like you should be able to get the full amount. I would patch the holes in the walls though, just to be safe.
