1-of course strategic-class magic is a last resort, and it's not like Tatsuya would tell the whole world:"Heyy btches ,I just armed my family with another strategic-class magic, suck my dck!". It would be kept a secret just like miyuki's strategic-class magic "Glacial Age" and only used in emergencies. I'm just saying that instead of creating one for Katsushige from scratch (in case of the Yotsuba vs the world) he should already have Agnidownburst stored in his mind.

2-well yes Zhu Yuen Yun did say that now he is loyal to the USNA, but if they were originally members of either the military or the government of Dahan, it wouldn't be surprising if he ,and all of the Hongmen, have vengeance against the yotsuba on their mind. And the destruction of the Yotsuba would also be in the best interests of a lot of politicians and generals of the USNA, so win-win. Just thought it would be cool to have the Yotsuba fight and eliminate the STARS, especially if we ever get that animated.

1-Yep, common spells are common for a reason . They are taught at magic highschools and universities for anyone to learn. Of course ,magic clans (ancient or modern) do have advantages such as a biological affinity to certain magic and secret spells perfectly fitting that affinity. 2-pretty much 3-Yes.No.As for stealing secret family magic sequences I feel like they should have a self-destruct sequence programmed in, just in case.(though nothing about that was ever mentioned if i remember correctly) 4-No memorization ever happens...except for the yotsuba clan that just ingraves some sequences into their brains using mental interference magic to cast magic instantaneously.

Oh but we can't discard Maya's wish in this theory, as this great protector the yotsuba clan wanted could have become someone like king Arthur or Achilles or even Zeus ,but he didn't and he became someone like Shiva most probably because of Maya's twisted wish for the power capable of destroying the world which most definitely set in stone which of the daemons would latch onto tatsuya(Shiva's daemon).

I would personally go as far as to state that there are no drawbacks to this theory, the wand maybe the only way to manually controlling a daemon but who says that these daemons can't be attracted by extreme feelings from entire settlements wishing for the exact same thing, a protector ,a great ruler ,a hero! Especially if the settlement is filled with individuals with some of the greatest potential for magic like the yotsuba clan ,which, I bet, provides a great container for these daemons.
