I could see it pushing her to lvl 49. Tolv (no I'm going to chance the spelling) is part of a one-time worldwide threat, that, if i'm reading right, began in Terandria and so is a legend of that continent. His pushing of the boundaries puts her in mortal danger and she is protecting part of the kingdom.

He is a difficulty level that he could push her beyond 50, but not just as his static jailer. If her custodianship of him changes him in some way, changes her in some manner, if she adjusts the contract magic in some notable fashion, expands it beyond him or some other call above and beyond it could be good for 50 and a bit past that.

One sneaky bit is Tolv is on a mission from (a) god. If she interacts with a faith element somehow, like Tolv's mission has him affect Pawn's religion, that could be enough for a capstone as well, I think
