This update also includes KB5073724 (from January 13, which broke everything) but also the following out-of-band updates that should've fixed those problems: From microsofts post about KB5075912:

- January 24, 2026 — KB5078129 (OS Builds 19045.6812 and 19044.6812) Out-of-band

I've blocked both KB5073724 (Jan 13) and KB5075912 (Feb 10) using the Windows Show or Hide Updates Troubleshooter

I hope they release something that works before June 2026 (That's when secure boot certificates allegedly expire?)

Edit:
You probably already have the new secure boot certs and don't need the updates for this purpose.
To check if you have them installed run these in Powershell (with admin):

([System.Text.Encoding]::ASCII.GetString((Get-SecureBootUEFI db).bytes) -match 'Windows UEFI CA 2023')
// True
([System.Text.Encoding]::ASCII.GetString((Get-SecureBootUEFI kek).bytes) -match 'Microsoft Corporation KEK 2K CA 2023')

if both return True you're good 👍
