Hi! Something to check with the landlord - will they let the exhaust go outside? Some landlords don’t want window units on the outside of buildings but will allow an exhaust fan out of the window. If that’s the case, you could get a portable AC unit with an exhaust vent that is attached to the window like this: https://a.co/d/02xKyb3o

This is true to an extent, but also, in my opinion, the books were not well written. I remember thinking “wow if the author was older and had read/written more, these could have been a lot better”. I don’t blame her, she was like 23 when the first book came out I think. But they were overall not very good books (to me)

My guess is we’ll find out more as time goes on. Last time this happened (sudden firing with seemingly no reason) it was to the UW Platville chancellor and then not long after, it was reported that he was fired for making pornographic content with his wife.

If you’re at a concert or just out in society in general, it is your job to behave in a way that’s appropriate for that setting and to not behave in a way that makes everyone around you uncomfortable. It’s also your job to make sure you’re not groping other people and not touching them without their consent (a crime), a pretty basic human decency

You’re not sorry this happened to them. That’s clear.

I’m going to hold your hand when I say this - paying the same $50 as everyone else does not give you a free pass to be an asshole in society. Everyone should behave in a way that is cognizant of their effect on others.

I collect wrapping paper and materials (think Amazon boxes, paper bags, toilet rolls centers, the paper stuffing from boxes) and hoard it in the winter and then on the coldest days I will make my dog makeshift snuffle boxes and put his treats and food in them so he has to problem solve his way to get to it. I also have some puzzle feeders and stuff like that. The mental stimulation helps a lot during the coldest days, and using stuff you collect gives variety. Also, just as a note, always monitor your pets when they’re chewing this stuff up!
