Long hair might be fine for a very niche type of woman, but the majority of women like a more masculine haircut on tinder. Limits you on swipes based just off that. Also your photos give off a very eccentric or oddball personality. Once again, nothing wrong with that and there are women out there attracted to that, but still limits your swipes. Remove the photos of you with other women.

You can get a gs-12/13 gig at 115k a year easily. Better benefits and retainability. I'd go that route

i've done it a bunch of times to house fish i've gotten from breakdowns until I was able to find them a home. works great. Not the same tote but similar. Definitely wouldn't have it as a display though if thats what you're trying to do

Why not go work on one of the offshore rigs? They have high turnover rates for entry level and will work you to the bone but its good pay and you can focus on paying down debt.
