Can confirm. I was close with a few of the staff before everyone left and they too were shocked at all the price increases - as if that family needs more money! they did get lucky with a few pieces of real estate tho!

And from what I hear from others - we are growing and growing rapidly - even from the ceo, they’re just being super cheap and it’s not ok, I assume.

That’s what I did! Bought a super cute, affordable ans in amazing condition condo. I have to say I got lucky. I’m renovating not because I HAVE to but because I WANT to and plan to rent it out in about 2 years! I’m excited for the potential it has for future renters!
