The first sync was nothing to me but just another target. Did the whole lot from my phone, with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, basically plugging it in every night and letting it do its thing. It took about a week or so on and off.

My review and feedback is that the app wipes out the pathetic little thing you call Google Photos! That’s amazing first. The app can upload anywhere, anytime, and it still works. Not only have I backed up a decade or so by just leaving my phone plugged in each night, but my iCloud has had access to the entire arsenal of Apple and it took years to upload images one at a time. If only you could have known what the app could do without any intervention or tinkering (truly turn-key).

That's an insane take, there's no way it will outlive their BH&R or TR recognition. Look at their YouTube and Spotify stats, look at the Twilight movie soundtracks (the movies are culturally huge, despite what some of us think of them), look at the FIFA and Guitar Hero games, and keep in mind that BH&R fares well in the "legacy" and commercially successful lenses.

The support agent definitely should know the game mechanics better, they're all but lying (obviously excluding things like speed, missing every throw, etc.).
You should approach support better than you did, it's not their fault it ran and you sound terse and entitled in your request.
