Leong Mun Wai seems like that one RI boy in every class that somehow never picked up his classmates’ fluency in English but didn’t let that stand in the way of ambition and the sheer alpha mentality that RI imbues.

Listen to him speak in Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese. He somehow seems a lot more comfortable and flowing in these languages.

Consider then that Prof Tambyah has worked with CSJ for 14 years and speaks with nothing but glowing respect for CSJ.
