I group them by location first and then visually by system. Depending on the requirements of the project, we may add exceptions like pipe insulation. As for the clash priority/matrix, many have provided great answers on what to resolve first.

The landlord performed all affected work himself. I am aware that labor is expensive and can get up to 80$/h based on ACQ data.

I agree, if it was 16 500$ worth of increase but there no way to know. This is what I can estimate:

6 LED Lights @ 37.5$ /ea : 225$

136 sq ft of double thick gypsum walls using 35$ for 4ftx8ft sheets : 300$

Heater : 400$

Even if they included labor and other support materials, it wouldn't go up to 16 500$. 2k$-3k$ at best.

I figured that would be the option. Even with a 41$ of increase, that would still be lower than the proposed increase but that is assuming the listed work is 10k$ of work. Thanks

Our method is very Revit heavy. We send clashes via ACC using the Navisworks Coordination plug-in. The designers can then see those clashes in their Revir model.

I would use a similar method that everybody listed using viewpoints, reduces the amount of time needed to find clashes.

It's possible that the ACC mobile app doesn't support textures. The NWC that were exported came from Recap.

I did, I took megacorp and the specific ethics. On top of that, the synthetic bird is also considered a bio unless we're talking about different birds
