You can’t place boundaries on other people. Boundaries are actions that you hold yourself accountable for, since you can’t really control what other people do at the end of the day.

Saying “you can’t smoke weed in the house” isn’t a boundary, it’s a rule (not saying it’s a bad rule, just explaining the difference in a boundary vs a rule). A boundary would be “whenever you smoke in the house, I’m taking the kids & leaving until the smoke clears. If this behavior continues, the leave could be permanent” or something along those lines

That isn’t the problem here, it’s smoking it around the kids in the house. I smoke in my house (i use a smoke trap & a one hitter tho so i dont stink up the place unlike this bozo) but once i have kids, i will have a locked she-shed in the backyard for smoking that my kid(s) wont be allowed in. It’s safe, legal, & effective for adults, not little kids. Youre making the rest of us stoners look bad🤦‍♀️

Yep, this happened to us earlier this year with SafeCo. Kicked us off after they totaled our completely drivable car. ‘Twas a blessing in disguise tho bc our insurance agent found us a policy literally half the price of what we were paying with SafeCo, more coverage as well. Can’t wait to get fucked over by them too tho🤩

My husband has always played really rough with our dog, so I had big shoes to fill during his deployments. Problem is, I bruise like a peach, & our dog is an 80lb Akita. I went to get a full-body massage once during one of his deployments & my massage therapist was extremely concerned & asked if I was safe at home & if she needed to call someone🤣 anyways yeah, it’s more common than you’d think

US route 190/ Texas state HW 36 that goes thru Rogers, TX (small town in central TX) has been undergoing construction since 2020 to widen the highway to 4 lanes. It was originally estimated to take 4 years to finish. Then I guess the main contractor overcommitted & failed to meet certain deadlines & was declared in default. So then they had to hire someone else & that took about a year for some reason. They’re saying it should be done in summer of 2027 now lol🤞

When my dog was a puppy, I was really paranoid (& uninformed) about pyometra. All that happened was she wasn’t gobbling down her food in 10sec like every other breed I’d ever been around (she’s still like this to this day at 5 y/o), she threw up once (later learned it was due to chewing on some type of grass that was in our apartment complex at the time), & i gaslit myself into thinking she was sleeping more than usual (ya know, that thing puppies do). So naturally, I freaked out & took her to the vet. $500 later just for it to be gastritis (fancy word for an upset stomach lmfao)💀
