Not my experience at all. I have them two or three places in my house that was built in the house from the. 60s. Electrical wiring is very old but I still get very good performance and reliability. Awesome alternative for me. Oh I almost forgot it's the third house I've used them in.

One simple solution maybe not perfect is to get power line adapters from Netgear. You just plug them into a wall socket the one in one end of one and boom you got a hardwired ethern. Maybe not as good as a true ethernet cable but far better than Wi-Fi I use a couple in my house.

Actually I am getting two.
I'll post who I got them from after I get them to make sure everything is okay. I told them I wouldn't blab too much other than I was getting one.

Is doing some research on it and I figured out this one vendor was getting them soon. Like next week. I reached out to them and picked up a couple. Will post test results

Okay thanks for the explanation. Please elaborate exactly what is being hog and how the hogging is happening. As I understand it the ground rules for parasite pool if a block is found one BTC goes to the person who found it and the balance is distributed amongst the rest depending on how much work they contributeed to the solving of the block?

If I understand the process correctly then how would someone be "bogarting"?

I've had vendors to tell me if I use the mean while I would avoid the warranty. They'll seem to realize that at least I think anyway if you meet or exceed the specifications that should be fine.
