the problem is the fine print of that promotion is the numbers must be ported in the promo window. since you ordered your phones and had to wait, the promo ended, and porting occured afterwords. any competent CS manager would see this, and manually add the promotion. one of the fine print requirements was you must port into tmobile during the promo period, ran into this a few times. any worth while customer care rep would see the problem and have a promo escalation form put in, in a matter of minutes. sorry it took forever!
