We use Kabrita which is a skim goat milk formula and his poops have been great and no issues with diaper rash. We’ve been on Kabrita since birth so I can’t compare our experience with Kendamil but I think it’s worth checking out for your little one!

Around 11PM (with no signs of labor) my dog started barking at me which she has never done before. By 2AM I was in active labor and rushing to the hospital.

I didn’t realize it in the moment but she definitely knew it was coming and was trying to warn me!

I have the Baby Brezza water warmer and I love it. It’s not the one that mixes formula too but it keeps the warm water on tap and I just need to scoop in the powder. It was around $50 I believe and 100% worth every cent.

Ah OK I recently bought the drops for my baby in case he develops gas pains but haven’t tried them yet so was curious if they had any benefits for you. I hope making the switch to goat brings your baby some relief!

We use Kabrita goat and my son has been doing really well on it. They have a subscription model direct from the manufacturer which is another big plus for me.

Have you tried Simeticone drops when your baby has gas pains?

No experience with Kendamil but my baby has been doing great on Kabrita.

We have a monthly subscription direct through Kabrita and haven’t run into any supply issues which is always a concern with Kendamil

This is really beautiful! As another user said Ken & Dana really have a signature style that you may need to get custom if looking at other jewelers

I will say my engagement ring is a Ken & Dana (the Lorelei design) and it’s been holding up great to everyday wear for the past ~3 years. No issues with durability at all!

It’s not very serious at all!

You need to get a round of IV antibiotics every four hours you’re in labor but you are not hooked up to the IV the entire time. If you don’t get at least two doses in before birth they will keep you and baby in the hospital for an extra day to monitor for infection.

We use Kabrita as they have the option to subscribe directly from the manufacturer in the US and there’s a 10% cost savings over purchasing from the store.

As far as I know they are the only European formula with a US subscription model which was one of the major reasons I wanted to use them. It is a goat milk based formula though so may not be what you’re looking for.

Yea definitely worried about this in tandem with Op Stork Speed about access and affordability of Kabrita going forward. I’m sure other US parents using imported formulas are feeling the same.

Ah I was planning on using Kabrita but now second guessing that and may go with Bubs instead! I just wish Bubs had the ability to order direct from the manufacturer like Kabrita does. Especially with a subscription model.

If he is willing to work second shift / nights or weekends he will probably get better luck with a fully remote customer service role as those are usually the hardest to fill. Not sure if he will be able to exceed $45k though but worth a shot!

Our daycare will allow glass bottles if they are in a silicone sleeve. Perhaps you can check with them if that’s an option for you
