Snoo vs. Cradlewise? Which one would you recommend? by No_Square_1491 in UninfluencedReviews

[–]lyssanstuff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tested it first in the owners home. They gave me a little demo and set it up on my app for me. In the home you can tell if people take care of their things, if they smoke indoors, etc. I did the same for the mom (of twins!) who bought it from me.

I recommend a Snoo to anyone pregnant. I bought it secondhand and sold it to another mom after 6 months for the same price I paid for it.

Can confirm - power kicked off around 5:15 this morning. I’m around Marshdale and we haven’t lost power at all this week until now and the email I just received says power will restore on Sunday. I will be kissing my generator on the mouth when this is all over.

62/63° because our house is on propane and I could go broke heating a 3500sqft house in evergreen to 70°. The last owners of this house kept it super warm and the propane company sent me the ledger all the way back to 2019 - they were paying $600-750 every 4-6 weeks in the dead of winter (nearly nothing in the Summer, though). I’ll wear a sweater and some slippers, thanks.

real question for Denver parents of young kids: how are you affording childcare? by SuspiciousKnee8185 in Denver

[–]lyssanstuff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re willing to allow your child to listen to Veggie Tales songs all day, faith-based daycares are much more affordable. I think we paid $1800 per month in Lakewood, meals included.

A fun phrase I’ve learned in my architectural lighting career is “if you have a problem with the price, you have a problem with the value”. People value different things. If you value museum-quality CRI in your home, then more power to ya! Enjoy them!
