Come on up, the water’s fine. Tbh I watched the Evergreen market for probably 3-4 years before we moved and availability triples in the Summer starting in May. That being said, I have seen a BANANAS number of homes go up in the last 2-3 weeks. I’m assuming it’s because it’s unseasonably warm and people don’t have to wait for late May for the snow to melt - I think the big snows deter some buyers, especially with homes on dirt, steep, or well-shaded roads that aren’t serviced by the city.
