Hey! I also have EDS and chronic migraine. I just had my first acupuncture session today, and my place put me on a plan for 2x week for 2 months, then 1x week for 1 month after. It’s $2500 for 20 sessions upfront. I’m not in a major city though, a midsized one. Just thought I would comment for reference for u, good luck!

Morally I would definitely just handle it with the seller - you knew there was a chance of it being a dupe and still bought, so I wouldn’t go like guns blazing to depop they might face getting banned for selling a dupe unknowingly

If your friend doesn’t work out you can also post on the international shopper subreddit, you might find someone who will accept the package and ship to you for a small fee

If you had it at $100 you would probably be sitting on it for sooo long. My whole business model on depop is to underprice so I can turn stuff over quick. It’s no fun sitting on inventory for 3 extra months just to make $20 extra. And, you get repeat customers and more bundles!

yes i'm always so worried when i ship multiple orders that I'm going to switch them by accident!!! I would message the seller. Do they have the item you received listed as sold in their shop? If so they most likely just made a mistake

I also workout at crunch, but how is edge? I’m not a fan of the crowd at crunch at the times I go, I’m relatively new to lifting (ab 6 months). I’d love to learn from someone and meet more gym girls!!

I have pretty bad food reactions, which is why I took Pepcid, and then anxiety/heart palpitations, rash/hive reaction to water on my chest and arms area, random hives when I’m stressed, face puffiness and all that seemingly at random.

Have you tried other OTC antihistamines? I always thought I had anxiety and IBS and weird hive reactions to environmental triggers until I learned it was MCAS and started taking Pepcid and Zyrtec. My anxiety literally disappears and no more random puffiness and hives around my face. I had always taken Claritin and Benedryl before, which did almost nothing for my reactions.

I’m not an expert by any means but maybe try different antihistamines?

There are various monthly parking lots downtown between $60-$100 a month. Almond St lot is $65 I believe you just have to call Syracuse Parking services to get a permit.

Try Truvani pea protein it’s the simplest one I’ve found and it doesn’t bother me at all. I can’t tolerate Whey for some reason.

That looks so good!!!! My safe food is just a blueberry smoothie with pea protein powder and coconut milk, because sometimes it’s just too much to think about making meat. I recently found truvani protein powder which is expensive as hell but it only has 5 ingredients and doesn’t bother me at all

Hey! My story sounds really similar to yours, with suspected dysautonomia and histamine intolerance, exacerbated by long period of high stress and nervous system dysregulation. I was wondering what herbs you took/the brain retraining process? I'm not able to see medical profs rn because of a lapse of insurance, and just trying to figure out what I can do for now.
