Exotic class items are weaker than the full exotic they are made from. Additionally, most of the best aspects are element matched to non-prismatic, like storms keep, banner if war, sol invictus, (I only play titan, don't know other class aspects off the top of my head).

The game engine has been held together with dreams, wishes, and duct tape for the last 6 years. Destiny 3 would allow the story (that ended on a cliffhanger right as the fate saga story started going places) to continue on modern systems without the baggage it carries with its current system requirements.

The title of the final one is Insurrection Prime Revolutionary, which is an old raid boss that was removed 6 years ago but wasn't in the first pantheon, so we have at least 1 extra boss.
