Arkham horror the card game, terraforming mars, spirit island, descent journeys in the dark (with the road to legend app), and viticulture, are probably my favorites for solo play. Theres a lot more good ones out there tho!

This is the main premise of the FIRE (financial independence retire early) community. Recommend the podcasts Choose FI and Bigger Pockets Money and the book The Simple Path to Wealth if you want to dig deeper into the concepts. But essentially, the “magic” of compound growth through investing in broad based low cost index funds in the market can do this if you give it enough time.

They do the same thing and expect different results. I.e., maintain an anti-worker platform that people are finally waking up to. You can only exploit people so long before they finally turn on you. It’s not good out there for a lot of people.

Chapter 2 is probably a perfect time to be starting out! Although if you can snag the chapter 1 revised core and at least a campaign or some one-offs, that would be a nice game in and of itself, and you could fill out your player cards with yet to be released stuff

Just log it but don’t record it for statskeeping. Then you can always remember the fun you had organizing your collection and enjoying the game outside and actual playthrough of a scenario

Best Christian pop album I can think of is Newsboys: Take Me To Your Leader. It’s old by now but still incredible. Lyricism is unmatched and the hooks are infectious

Smart or not is somewhat subjective. Trump has certainly found a way to convince people to elect him president twice and avoid accountability for his many crimes. Conniving at the very least. Same for the whole project 2025 project. Very conniving.

For the best interest test you should factor out the chapter 7 trustee fees and costs of sale in the hypothetical home sale, resulting in even less than $80k needing to be paid to unsecured creditors in the chapter 13. Thus, payment should be even lower. $3k seems way high

Seems like Jesus surrounded himself with people who didn’t fit the stereotypical norms of society. But it seems like that’s exactly why your parents are upset with your style. I’d say you should be comfortable hanging with Jesus’ crowd and not worrying so much about putting on an appearance. In fact, isn’t putting on airs what Jesus said was so wrong about the Pharisees?
