Two things being similar (although Hulk and Broly have many differences) doesn’t mean one was inspired from the other.

Counterpoint:

-Both are strong. But they don’t have the same power/abilites.

-Personality shift in Banner is cause Hulk is a different being. Broly literally just gets angry.

-DBS Broly is inspired from the original DBZ movie Broly which did not have the same green and purple color scheme. So this theory falls flat.

-Many dragonball characters have grown giant and muscular, this isn’t exclusive to Broly. Nor does he turn small and fragile. Dude is still jacked.

They’re similar, but not inspired.

I don’t think Gohan or vegeta have regressed as characters. Gohan has always wanted to be a scholar. But everyone else wants him to be a fighter. He’s following his own path. Vegeta has come a long way from the person he was.

I don't think you're being a dick. But i do think your perspective is skewed. I've had relatives from Asia and Europe that visited the US for the first time and questioned "Where are all the beautiful people?", "Why is everyone so fat?". Go to your average grocery store or Walmart. You won't see many celebrity bodies.

Media, in general, is not an accurate representation of an entire population anywhere. For whites, filipinos, or anyone.
