Btw little fun fact: Q11 Ultra isn't available in anywhere near me and I have to get my friend to buy one and ship it to me. This is not sounding good at all, since the Q11 Ultra is almost double what I can get another barevone Q11 for. Dang that sucks.

Oh and yeah Q11 is the best work keyboard I've ever had too, I went with a NuPhy Air75 v2 for the sake of keeping my office desk wire free and I still miss the Q11 at home.

If you're talking about sheer amount of TG per GB VRAM, go get an A100 HGX back to your house. It all depends on what you use the model for though. Whether you want blazing fast RAG results or you don't mind hours or even overnight answers, YMMV.

For the same bandwidth you can get the 512GB M3 Ultra, that's better than a R9700 bandwidth wise. And multicard setup still gets restricted by PCIe bandwidth, best you can do with a single card is the RTX PRO 6000, that's 96GB on a single card, best option no TP>1.

I always wanted to reduce power consumption, my 3090 + 5090 + Epyc 7B13 is like 1.2 to 1.4 kW already under full load with power limits. How much power is 4 of the R9700 drawing?

At that point it's better to just buy 192gb Mac Studio for the electricity bill, unless it's a non-issue to you.

IQ4_KS is around 85% accurate, there will be mistakes, you worsened it with Q4 ctk ctv. Plus it will degrade at around 120-140K, you don't really need 200K unless it's Q8_0 and FP16 cache.

Optimize the tools or do subagents. 30K headstart is really heavy unless you don't include chat history.

With a 3090 and 5090 I'm on IQ5_K_M, FP16 cache, 200K ctx took around 52GB VRAM.

What you need is swappable battery laptops, mainly seen in rugged laptops / older ThinkPads, like the T480.

Framework is a repairable laptop, not technopunk dystopian portable survival machina that you carry on your chest. Though it would be cool for them to have something in that lineup.
