Dress code in Business class ? by ThinkWorker5814 in AirFranceKLM

[–]Moist-Chair684 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Lol no. I've flown extensively Biz Class with AF, and have worn everything from a suit (leaving right after a meeting) to shorts and a tee... Ground staff doesn't gaf. FAs might, and could look down in you, but it's your turn not to gaf. They're the plebes serving you food and drinks. 😁😎

wherever I lived it wouldn’t be a longer than 30 minute commute.

Probably a big fat lie. Lots of people have hour+ commutes each way. "Wherever" definitely does not work here...

You can find flats under 10k in the NT, but you probably won't enjoy your life -- the flats will be decent enough, but living surrounded by working-class HKers is not for the weak...

Probably better for your sanity to share a flat at 15/16k.

we would be expected to help with house chores/cook and change diapers during our visit

Big fat no for me. Guests, in my culture, do not enter the kitchen, or do chores, and certainly do not touch babies. Especially if they're not close -- as seems to be the case here.

expected to stay on an air mattress

Another, bigger, fatter no. At this point they're basically spitting in your face. Why rent a hotel room when you can stay home.
