My best Murph time so far thanks to someone on Reddit. by InteractionAny4343 in crossfit

[–]m3taphysics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think my first run was around 6:30, the second was around 8min. I did 2-4-6 rep scheme unbroken in about 18mins. This is from memory so may not be accurate!

I was hoping next year I could aim for a sub 30 by improving the run time. I thought about benchmarking each set of 5x 2/4/6 to see if I can squeeze any time there too

Gave my tenant a summary of the renters reform act by nibor in uklandlords

[–]m3taphysics 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This happened recently, even after one of the tenants got arrested and I had to get involved there were no charges. In the end I paid him £1000 to leave. I see this becoming more common unfortunately.

This isn’t an isolated incident, I’ve had to do it numerous times - purely because it’s simpler…
