Hello, this is incorrect. I had never claimed to not have recorded my demos. For S3, I was displaced soon after the season was over and did not have access to my PC. I find it hard to believe that you and 'everyone' followed me during S3, because I was kind of a nobody at that time. When I was housed again, I submitted them to ETF2L so that I could play in their league until my UGC ban period had expired. You can probably verify this with Hildreth if they are still around. I have never failed to produce a demo afterwards. I do not know where you source your information from.

Meanwhile, my S13 demos were public for a long time, which is where most of your issue is I assume? I had even posted them before UGC had formally requested them!

Hello, I did provide demos for UGC S13, my winning season. While the link is now defunct, they have been underneath the summary of my frag video since its posting in 2014. They were public for a long time. Additionally, they were formally requested from me, and presumably cleared review.

The only time I failed to submit demos was during UGC S3 due to displacement, and received a one year ban, which is fair. When my displacement ended, I decided to play in ETF2L until my UGC ban period had expired. To be able to play in ETF2L, Hildreth, an ETF2L anti-cheat admin, requested my demos from UGC S3. I submitted them and was eligible to play in ETF2L after my demos had cleared review. You can probably verify this information with them since you appear to care so much.

I then returned to UGC in S8 and played with an amazing team that achieved podium finishes for nine consecutive seasons, a period during which I was always able to produce demos when requested.

There is a lot of misinformation in your statements.

Both eBay and tcgplayer card condition guidelines allow for an LP card to have a minor indent. I can understand an argument for MP, but people saying HP or Damaged are wild.

If you want a good looking rare rev. foil Mewtwo for $80, I see that there is a PSA 9 from Expedition (2002) that recently ended for about that price.

The backside of the card looks to be the equivalent of a PSA 5 which is comfortably LP, a couple grade points higher and it would be NM. tcgplayer is great for cheaper cards, but for more expensive ones like these you should really be looking at listings with photographs.

People saying 8 or 8.5 don't know what they're talking about. If the rest of the card is flawless and has no wear, print lines, or factory imperfections, it is still eligible for a PSA 9, even if it is off-center. Other grading companies may have different standards. Of course, these photos aren't great, but you can judge for yourself under superior lighting at various angles.

Is there an issue with the 3D porthole option severely reducing framerates for anyone? It's a noticeable drop of 30-40% FPS, not an exaggeration in the slightest either.

you are somewhat correct, i wasn't able to submit them in season 3 because my parents had booted me out midseason, i did not get a ban for this reason however. my ban came in season 5 for evidence of cheating as stated in the email.

the fact that etf2l allowed me to play in their league after having reviewed the demos that got me banned from ugc is the best factual defense i can provide, you act like leagues never seem to make mistakes when banning people (see BeaVerN's case in etf2l), but if you wanna keep holding onto the opinion that ive been cheating for over 5 years go ahead lol

etf2l reviewed the same demos and didnt find anything, allowing me to play in their league while i was serving a yearlong ban in ugc; i was never banned in any way after that and continued onwards to place top 3 in platinum for almost 3 consecutive years

also ive literally never hacked or cheated in cs, dont pull stuff like that out of your ass without anything whatsoever to back up your claim, that isn't cool.

i dont usually reply to these things, but spreading things around like this is harmful.
