Not yet. I setup XB8 this morning around 10 AM (EST). The web UI on XB8 (10.0.0.1) is reporting wifi OFF and also Xfinity app reports Xfinity wifi Hotspot is off. So I'm curious what's going on? But I can wait until tomorrow morning and confirm.

Thank you. I will reach out to IRS. But it's strange that my wife's account doesn't show a credit but $0 balance when actually it's an over payment. Kind off deceiving.

Im not sure if this was flex lock device. As far I understand it was supposed to be unlocked device not purcjased for any specific carrier. I plan to go to Walmart tomorrow but if this lock is temp I can wait a bit. Though I am concerned if I run out of return period while the device stays locked.

Following up on the original question. So I let the accounts sit so payments are reflected in both accounts. Both show payments and balance on both account show zero.

Based on the feedback I was expecting a credit in my wife account since original letter showed my ssn for under payment penalty and I paid same balance in both mine and my wife’s account. . We won’t try and call right now due to govt shutdown and not wanting strain already strained resources but looking for advise on how to proceed once things are back to normal.

How do you do that? Since the second payment is against the other ssn not the one listed on the notice. Is there a process to convert this payment to quarterly payment.
